To be considered for a scholarship award, please provide items below: (You will receive points based on how completely you follow the requirements.)
Application: Complete the application in full.
Recommendations: Provide three (3) letters of recommendation
- Letter from a minister or divisional stat associate of HFBC
- Letter from a member of HFBC
- Letter from a teacher, employer, or family friend (not a relative)
Transcript: Graduating seniors should provide a high school transcript. College students with less than 30 hours must provide both high school and college transcripts. College students with more than 30 hours should submit a college transcript only.
Personal Statement: This is your opportunity to tell us about you, your dreams and goals.
Write a brief personal statement including:
- Salvation experience
- Career and/or ministry goals
- Specific church and/or ministry involvement
- Honors you have received
- Christian work you have done
Letters and transcripts must be attached to your application.
