This role serves as a key point of contact for anyone seeking care, ensuring they are connected to appropriate ministries and resources. Responsibilities include assisting with Pastoral Care events, managing communications and mailings, supporting volunteers, assisting with financial processes, and maintaining supplies for various care-related programs. The Production Associate is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all Production aspects at the Cypress Campus and will report to the Cypress Production Director. They will be committed to and embody the HFBC staff values to be Godly, Effective, and Excellent in every part of their work. The Production Associate will assist the Production Director to cover a broad range of responsibilities including running events, coordinating volunteers, equipment maintenance and repair, strategic planning and training volunteers. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the therapist helps create individualized treatment plans that honor each family’s story and foster opportunities for deep healing and connection.

Student Ministry Associate would work alongside the Student Ministry Staff to disciple, lead, and grow students and families closer to Jesus at Houston’s First. They would coordinate weekly and on-going programming for Middle School and High School students. This person would work on day-to-day ministry objectives such as communicate with students, build relationships with leaders, and partner with student families. This role will also coordinate Girls Ministry specific programming, discipleship, and events with other Student Ministry staff members and their spouse’s.
