Withdrawal Policy Agreement

Parents may withdraw their child from the program at any time with a 30-day written notice between September 1st and April 1st.

If withdrawal occurs with less than a 30-day written notification, the responsible party will be charged for the next month's tuition.

Prorated withdrawals are not available.

Example Scenarios

Notice provided on October 1st to withdraw effective November 1st: Only October tuition is due.
Notice provided on January 16th to withdraw effective February 1st: Both January and February tuition must be paid.

Deposit Agreement

By submitting the required deposit, I acknowledge that I am securing a placement for my child(ren) for the 2025-2026 academic year.

3 Children: $952

Withdrawal Policy Before School Year Begins

I acknowledge that withdrawal requests must be submitted on or before June 30, 2025, to receive a full refund of the deposit.

Any withdrawals received after June 30, 2025, will result in the forfeiture of all deposits paid.

I understand that requesting to reduce my child's schedule to a 1-day program after the school year has started may result in my child losing their enrollment in the program.
